In a big company, you can account of a crutman, people, business partners. You have this other aris that you can activate to support people growth. In a start up, you're pysically doing on your own, and o ned to take care of your people. The day after the workshop, i had someone that came to me yesterday. Just wanted to share that to day i pave feedback to some one ad i was looking to do it for months now. I finally got the motivation to do it, and it was great. And i had people saying, ok, i'm applying this to my personal life as welli is so good.
