The Importance of an International Black Labor Federation

Oven advocates for an international Black labor federation to wield the collective power of Black workers globally that have been universally oppressed and exploited. Oven: We still struggle with political barriers, particularly in countries actively hostile to that sort of organizing. If well developed, I think that national, regional and international caucuses can do a lot to implement significant changes. In fact, one strategy that Oven advocates for is something that I believe an international Black federation will be necessary to help to organize.
