How to Be a Good Chatter Advisor to Someone Else
The more I talk about my lack of confidence, the more than both myself and my husband views that of me. So yes, that's one way that chatter can can interfere with relationships. The other thing it can do is it can lead us to like take our frustrations out on our loved ones. Chatter can contribute to things like anxiety and depression. It also helps explain how stress gets under the skin to really harm us physically. We should ideally want to talk about your chatter to folks who know how to help you work through it.
