The Paradox of Precision Bombing
There's a lot of people in Tweed suits and lab coats doing very, very detailed and precise work. The number of laboratories that there are around the UK doing scientific work to work out what weapons work best is not much known about. So you've got this research and experiments department, which was set up by Dr. Reginald Straddling in 1939. But he's starting to recruit other boffins, isn't he? And people like Professor Zolly Succaman - I never quite understood why the zoologist, Professor ZollySuccaman is involved.
