Countdown Collective - What's Next for the Firm?

Jay Malloch: Countdown is not planning to fundraise any time soon. He says the firm is working on a new initiative called Countdown Collective. "We're basically trying to become a talent curator," he says. The company has helped more than half of its portfolio companies find co-founders and early hires.
