Are There Any Sources of Coaching?

In your experience, when it's always a question of, do we have internal resources, or do we need to look externally? I think we shouldn't keep our eyes in one direction. We should look outside the box as well to see, because there are great sources externally as well. And i just looked through tho, i did a sort o research to day about how many various coaching types are out there. Well, aragoke, that's a huge number. So there is a valve of resources available outside as well as internally.
