Are We Done Now?

The Texas Supreme Court upheld the death penalty for a man convicted of rape and sexual assault. He fled the country after he was sentenced to death, then escaped to mexico where he spent three years before being extradited back to texas. The case has been delayed by more than 18 years due to appeals that have gone through the court system without getting to the supreme court.
