How to Use an Alarm Panel to Detect Presence

There are 47 presence detection devices alone in Home Assistant. One way to detect presence is by using an MQTT alarm panel with a firehead tablet on one of the walls in the kitchen. When that alarm panel gets disarmed, it will tell Home Assistant that, hey, someone is home. That's a great way I found to do presence as well.
