How to Deal With Boredom and Overwhelm

If you're bored, just throwing a new framework and spice it up a little bit. If you are overwhelmed, then you probably need to talk to somebody about maybe getting some technical direction. I actually think in both those cases, you could talk to someone. But the like burnout and overwhelming thing though, I definitely feel like if you work for a good team that you will have lots of people willing to help you with that.
