The ACTH actually took a while to come back. We were going down these autoimmune polyglants. Maybe that's what I would suggest to the 21 hydroxyylase antibodies, because that would be way, way more common. The fact that TPO is negative is really odd if you're going to invoke primary hypothyroidism. And we just got to eat consult for a pregnant woman who had positive TPO antibodies and she's youth thyroid.
