The Effects of Balanced Insulin on Cravings and Energy Dips

The glycemic index was developed in the early 19s primarily to help diabetics with their food choices. It looks at how much your blood sugar is elevated for two hours after eating a specific item and then foods are classified as kind of low, medium or high on the index. We don't see consistently that will suppress appetite or hunger but does it prevent weight gain or increased disease risk?
