Jeffrey Likarian: We had done this internally. And so there were some internal examples, and also some ones with clients. The major insight that everyone was able to get by sitting down and doing the work using the tool was to find out how much they were adding. But then it really came home when we then said, right, now having done that, let's look at the list of unilateral control assumptions and say which of these do you think might have applied to your scenario? That was where people said, oh, yes.
