Two sisters aged 15 and 16 were home alone in Del Dao Carmichael, California. Their parents were away for a church hiking weekend but had no reason to worry about leaving their teenage daughters to look after themselves. In the days, possibly weeks leading up to this night, someone had been Watching from afar and deciding which of the two would be his next victim.
