The Best Way to Define Fitness

There's this perception about in what fitness means to different people, i guess. The best way then to define fitness is, do i have the functional ability to do the training session or the race? So just yesterday, was on my bike, riding at section of road that you and i and our mates have ridden a great deal. And thinking back to how much more slowly we rode it, and b, how much more difficult it felt. It can be the same speed, easier or faster at the same effort,. which is the surest indication of fitness.
