How to Set Action Goals for Customer Retention Over Growth
If you're trying to persuade your boss to focus on customer retention over growth, what goals can you set? Maybe your goals center around things like doing regular customer feedback check-ins with top customers. Or inviting your team members to a weekly customer service roundtable during which they share their own insights from that week. These are action goals. They link directly to your priorities or your areas of focus, but you have full control over whether or not they happen.
