Is Section Two 30 a Good Thing?
i advocate for all companies to have to respect a duty of care. The only industry in the world that has that sort of immunity is the tech industry, in the us. And younow, various countries are now thinking, how do we start to create this duty of care within the industry? i think that would be a good way to change at least change the cost calculus for these companies.
