80,000 hours is an online guide to changing your career. It's been used by thousands of people who've changed their careers due to its advice. The site has a million and a half readers each month but only around one per cent of college students have heard of it. In the next couple of years they hope to reach at least several thousand people every year with calls that help them answer key questions about their future plans.
