Is Cholesterol in Lipoproteins?

Cholesterol is put in there to make these, but it's like partially blowing up the balloon with air. So cholesterol is just performing sort of a stoichiometric principle of making big lipoprotein spherical. And even the HDL, the HDL does start off as a protein, so it is a little flatbed, shrunk. But that can only carry 10 or 15 molecules of cholesterol.
