Is There a Narrative in History?

In the United States right now, no one is sure what we stand for anymore. Spaces in history are filled with racist narratives to give a storyline back to culture. I feel like America feels pretty bad about itself. And it's looking for a way, a narrative to attach. One of the benefits we have is that our fascists are mostly physical cowards.
