MasterCard has been taking a multisensory approach to its marketing. One of the things that's fascinated me over the past I think two years is the idea of engaging your sense of taste, your sense of smell,. Your sense of touch. And that also obviously touches into brand purpose. So this is a topic which is close to my heart and we have been doing a lot of fundamental research if you were into how people receive information, how they process information and how they act. The problem is today when every brand is trying to do the same thing, consumers are oversaturated with information from brands through these two senses.
