Maximalism in Running Shoes

It's important to incorporate straight leg work and bent leg work right rich to target the deep part, the celias which is often the forgotten cousin. The best way to isolate that muscle is to do calf raises with a bent knee. If you can bend your knee about 60 degrees or so or more, you're really going to be able to isolate it. A lot of older runners swear by these maximal shoes.
