Doctor john sarno says that t m s, which he classifies again, fibro mialga, tennis elbow gorfs, at garf, golfer's elbow, am petella, tendon knee things, knee problems, shoulder pain. And so they it basically stems from putting a lot of pressure on yourself and also, doctor John Sarno says, inner rage. So i was eating this huge foot long of bread and and eating french fries and doing all this kind of stuff, and eating very high carb, very inflammatory diet. To this day, i just feel so much better with my sort of anti inflammatory diet.
