Building Community in the College Classroom

When Bonnie was first hired on full time at BYU, Idaho, she felt apprehensive to be pushed onto a team. But being part of this team brought her into the university in a way that wouldn't have happened if she hadn't had a reason to come and work. Rob: Your story brings up such a wonderful example that all of us don't always know in advance what's going to be the most nourishing for us.
