"I love this environment because I'm constantly listening to other conversations and chime in all the time," she says. "Because you have discernment to your constantly adding value to that, whereas if I'm using my eye, I might be listening to somebody go, Hey, try this instead." She adds: "My kids say to me, dad, not another lesson".
