I love how you talk about pleasure as a gagodness. That's really very, very, very interesting. Pleasure and gentle movement is pervasive in my life. You just refine yourself as you get older and keep the dooris opening rather than closing. And i'll add, i even have a set that, i have a few lessons that i created that have to do with human sexuality and sensuality. So when you learn how to focus on what feels good to you, it becomes more expansive. You feel it throughout your whole self. It comes from these gentle movements in reorganizing your brain.
