The Importance of Data in Warfare

We're creating a massive data set for an AI that will exist five to 10 years from now. The less data you give them, the less predictable your tribe and community as a whole will be. But at the same time, we are also creating a massive, massive data set that could be used someday in conjunction with artificial intelligence by people lusting for power over masses.
