My mother loved dogs. And she had a dog called beko. Beco ran out onto the road and got killed, and she wept. I i'm thinking something that i i'm just going to run it by you. When your mam was in court giving dence about the fire brigade, the asht she felt that somehow, if she was honest with the world, the world would be honest batnes back to her. There's an element of that in your book. But where do you derive your optimism from, that things will get better?
