Is There a Definition for a Pastor?

There are two greek terms for a pastor. The first is episcopas used five times in the new testament, or prespiteras used a little over 70 times in the bible. It's most often used to refer to this, i believe, office of elder, office, pastor. Other translations for this term could be bishop, or presbyter, or overseer, or pastor. In my view that should be construed in the same way as poyman and episcopa - which has been contested on whether pastoring is a gift or not. But it's simply reserve for qualified men.
