The Internal Rotation of the Shoulder

Every time I talk to physio is explaining to me that the shoulder has to screw in an external rotation. So can I ask why none of the natural movement, which means basically any spots there is out there requires me to do that? And to this day, I still have a harder answer. If this such a thing as external talk, which means you know that external rotation, most likely there's going to be an internal talk. What's stronger a low kick or like that fucking bullshit Kung Fu movie kick outside? Does any sound strange that most movement involves tension toward the center of the body and not away from it? Right.
