Academic Integrity Litigation
There's a fairly large industry of attorneys who do almost nothing but academic integrity litigation. That tends to start internally in the review process with academic integrity committees and deans. It does regularly spill into at least threatened litigation and sometimes actual litigation. And generally those lawsuits are done on procedural grounds, like they feel like the proctoring software wasn't accurate or they feel like this wasn't a consistent policy.
