Is There a Relative Strength Leader?
Jim Cevallos: It reminds me of the 2001, 2002 market. He says there is a lot of reasons to be optimistic in that innovation. But right now, if you're looking at your relative strength leaders, he says, they are in defensive areas. That's not innovators, but it's a place to hide for those who know we're in a bear trend and can't leave.
