Fasting is really built into our history as humans. And we can start to upregulate and support these in exponential ways with food when we've eaten a certain way that's been congruent with our biology, but also with times of fasting. That's another reason why I called the book Intuitive Fasting is because I think we can tap into that primal relationship that humans have with fasting.
