The Allegory of the Long Scoop

In jewish tradition, there's the allegory of the long spoons. In both heaven and hell, people cannot bend their arms at the elbow. So a long spoon would be, i guess, one that's rtouse to get up to your own face. And then variation on this story is that, instead of being unable to bend your arms at the elbows, the only utensils are very long utensils that make it dift.
