Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Data Factory?

In the you recently wrote a piece basically saying we should stop using the word data store and really start maybe referring to it more as a data factory. And i think, intuitively, that makes sense to me. Data story does seem like kind of a outdated analogy, data warehouse. It's a slightly different story to now, where we can land every scrap and bit of data that an organization touches into a centralized us.
