Live Music - What's Going Through Your Mind?
When you're up on stage and you first pick up the baton, what's going through your mind? First and foremost, i'm thinking about creating a a sense on stage. I try to focus the energy of the orchestra, the audience for the beginning of the journey. But with works with bigger structures and longer journeys, i always have an eye on where we're going. That's my job, is also to be the sort of navigator through these bigger works.
