How to Balance Planning With Execution in a Start Up

A lot of corporate companies get so involved in their planning processes that they just never execute, like you are saying. And then a lot of start ups are so focused on speed that the product they bring to market may not be the quality that it needs to be. How should somebody approach this type of launch planning without feeling like theyr losing out on ontime? I think there are two key things i would say. One is to deliverage third parties wherever possible. But leveraging third party expertise is really critical to keeping that speed in place.
