The Benefits of Oscillating Work

Oscillatory work has been fascinating to me for a long time, but I always enjoy hearing how people utilize it and implement it in their training. To be honest, I'll probably use it more with my fighters at the moment, because those speeds and contractions are more specific to the water clearing in the sport of boxing. In regards to the oscillating movements, I like to use them during a peaking phase, because they're kind of,. during those peaking phases you want to reduce the amount of heavy loads that we're working with anyway.
