And I do think that that is one of the things that's so hard with building new habits or you know, starting a new exercise routine or whatever. But it's important to realize that complaining about working for three months or six months or a little while on a goal and not having the results you want is kind of like complaining about heating an ice cube from 25 to 31 degrees.
