Learning Isn't Me Taking What's in My Head and Dumping It Into Yours
I've done a practice on counter attacking, right? And if football coaches are listening to this, you can have this game because it was a belter. Learning isn't me taking what's in my head and dumping it into yours. Learning is me creating something and allowing you to make sense of it in your way. You do the learning, not me. I think it's just making sure that whether that's a coach development process or it's just a coach working with a player, you can't tell them what to think of something.
