Ruth Setta says almost every discrimination that operates against males operates against females as well. The court was asking him questions, and he was complete incapable of answering,. so finally the court just went, oh, never mind. And then she told justice stevens, even in this case where it seems like men are the ones who are being discriminated against. Beneath that discrimination is a more insidious one against females. It stamps them docile, compliant, safe to be tust. Your answer always depends on their finding some discrimination against females.
