Getting a Bus to the Edge of the City

Ayya: I identified that i wanted to run a bus. And public transit felt along racial lines for sure. The dedot system is horribly under funded. We've turned away so many dollars that we're supposed to have, and it's all just because of political inefficiency. It was like some kind of estopian movie where these two very similar organizations driving like, the same busses, taking the same people didn't work together.
