We need to learn the ways of the spirit of God. And first, we need to do that by unlearning our ugly American-ness in a sense. Paul does not list out the deeds of the flesh here in Romans 8 but he does in Galatians. There's sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery. idolatry and witchcraft. It's hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage,. selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, and envy.
