The Future of Open Source Intelligence

Open source intelligence can be used for any subset of a problem. It's just finding the data, the right data and the shuring it. I'd like to move us on then, Randy, to facing up to this challenge of the loss of vast amount of information that's being generated. How do we organize the resources we do have? We all agree open sources are useful but how do we organize ourselves to be able to deal with the challenges?"
