A, i'm actually not doing many interviews any more. I've probably cut back, like 75, 80 % on interviews. It's a different seasons of a career or a life. There's the micro, there's the makro. You're going to have your many seasons within your days and your weeks. And youre going to have the macro and your years and decades, and they're going to bring you something different. So having permiss givin yourself permission to be in those different seasons is a and also sucking it up when it's time.
