The Non-Conscious Inner In

We are only aware really about one to five percent, maybe 10%, we only consciously aware of stuff. So therefore, on non-conscious is obvious friend and it's on our side and it looks for these things. At night when we're sleeping, it evaluates what we built during the day. And basically that's why we dream and have nightmares. When you wake up, it sends those through the subconscious as signals. If you pay attention to the signals, it'll pull up the associated thought. We need to become conscious and work through why am I thinking like this? It's actually because maybe I've been focusing too much on politics or whatever without even realizing I'm getting sucked into
