Peak Performance: Working on Important Non-Urgent Tasks

I think my biggest challenge is because I care about it so much in terms of wanting it to go right. As long as you're not taking over and not letting them do their job, that stifles them growing the business. Your job was to grow the business, not operate the business. And I just think that I'm still meandering my way through knowing what to do with my time. What is peak performance is working on very important non-urgent tasks.
