Ramon Vadmir: I think it's safer and less risky to buy something that's already rolling. If you are good at sales, you can buy a good B2B business that sells leads or whatever. Or if you're a good designer, then find websites with horrible design. Both ideas work. There's not right wrong. It could work both ways successfully.
