Geometro Dynamics - What's Going on Now?

When i was an undergraduate, one of the most important influences on me when i was an undergrad was reading a book that he wrote called space time physics. The thing that drove me crazy about that book was people with poles running through bonds at significant fractions on the speed of light. Because i could never figure out what idealizations one was ally making in thinking about those kinds of e sort of large scale thingsd in those terms. That's something that is quite resonates with our current physics project. I think i may have a copy of it, cause i remember reading it.
