I really think that it has something to do with our left and right brain hemispheres because feelings and sort of nebulous ideas you know they're kind of floating around. To translate these nebulous thoughts and feelings into language requires you're harnessing the power of your left brain but also if you're frontal lobe. Once I've written that down I can feel a shift in my mood towards something more positive, which is what we're trying to do here.
