SSR is essentially doing for your site. If you if you're not thinking too much about code splitting or anything like that, or just thinking high level takes in your site renders out a string. In reality for any of these frameworks to be a server side rendered from within another backend tool would have to be rewritten in that language. But I guess you would just have a render to string kind of situation that could interact with whether it's a rail site pulling in the data with controllers and all that stuff.
